* Sushant tells Devyani about what he heard outside Vasudha'a cabin and asks for her help to warn Vasudha. Devyani refuses telling him that If he has become an employee for Vasudha then she has always has Employee-employer relationship, she cannot help him. Sushant decides to call Vedika for help. Sushant calla Vedika and tells her that he heard some worker talk to Sinha and obviously a person interacting with Sinha cannot be trusted!!Vedika agrees. Sushant tells her to warn Vasudha and also to find everything about that worker.Vedika tells Sushant that she cannot talk to Vasudha and they are tryign to trick her into talking to Vasudha.
* In between the call Vasudha turns up and listens to someone trying to trick Vedika,she asks Vedika who is trying to do that, Vedika ignores it by saying that its her "stri wala" (The guy who irons her clothes). Vasudha is tired and leaves.Vedika calls up Vikram. Vikram is asleep but wakes up hearing the ring and tells Vedika that he is at home and sleeping. Vedika is surprised and tells him that she didnt know that he slept too. She had always seen him in the cops uniform and hence she thought he might sleep in police station itself. Vikram smiles and tells her that he needs to go back to sleep. Vedika tels him she wants his help and Vikram tells her that in that case he would come and meet her at her place tomorrow. Vedika says that appropriate place would be Sushant's office. Vikram agrees.They keep down the phone. Vikram smiles and then goes back to sleep.(hmmmm....Something is cooking)
* Vedika and Vikram land up at Sushant's office and Devyani is already there. Sushant asks Vedika that why has she got Vikram here. Vedika says that she didnt know what to do and Vikram can help them out. Devyani is shocked and asks Vedika that hasnt she already warned Vasudha, Vedika denies and says that Vikram would. Sushant taunta Vikram about his 3rd degree torture. Vedika tells him that Vikram is already very embarassed about it and not to extend it further. Vikram tells Sushant that he didnt know Bhonsle would go to that extent and he has already suspended Bhonsle for that. Sushant still keeps taunting but vedika stops him. Vikram says that he cannot help them till he knows the whole detail. He asks Sushant for the worker name. Sushant says he doesnt know as there are many workers around. Devyani says that the only way is to talk to Vasudha as she would know the name of the worker. All start pinning on each other as to who will do the talking and finally it boils down to Vedika. Vedika is scared!!
* Shreya is very restless thinking about Siddharth and finally calls him up. She tells him she is missing him. Sid tells her to close her eyes. Shreya does that recollects her first meet with sid. Sid asks her what did she see, he ignores that and says that she wants to meet him but cannot come as noone would let her go.Sid says not to worry, and tells her to come to the door. Shreya runs to the door and Sid is there. She hugs him and tells him that she cannot live without each other. Sid removes Shreya's arms and tells her that one whould never get used to each other to the extent that they cannot live without each other, it complicates things and after all they are just friends. He tells her that there is no harm in missing each other as friends do that but not more than that. Shreya tells him that she cannot help it and tells him that when he asked her to close her eyes and asked what she saw, she saw him. Just then Bua comes and shouts at Sid as to why has he come here when she has told him not to. Sid tells her to calm down as people who are angry spoil become aged quickly and since she looks so young and ravishing she should take care. He tells her that he always thought she was Shreya's elder sis and not bua. Bua is all smiles. He tells her that if he had a elder brother he would have got her married to Bua. Bua tells him that she is not married. Sid feings surprise and says that now-a-days guys are blind. He leaves then. Bua tells shreya that he is a nice and charming guy and talks smartly. He is the kinds, gal would go after and to be careful. Shreya tells her that she trusts Sid whole heartedly.
* Vasudha is talking to someone on phone and tells him that she doesnt trust Sid at all and she is sure he is upto something.She is sure that what he looks outside, he is completely diff internally and to find out about him as soon as possible!!!
* Govardhan signs an aggrement with the management(Vasudha) and Govind come to know about it. Govind is pissed as to who is Govardhan to sign it and goes to Govardhan. Govardhan shows Goving the signed aggreement. Govind tells him that it doesnt cover PF and are the workers happy with just a small increment? Govardhan tells him that PF would also come in due time but atleast he has done that but Govind could not do anything for workers in 20 years. The workers agree with him and tell Govind that he has only given them poverty and now they are with Govardhan their new leader. They leave with slogans, "Govind Murdabad, Govardhan Zindabad". Govind is not able to take this and has a heart attack.
* Some Dharam Uncle call up Sandhaya and breaks the news of her father's heart attack and tells her to come immediately to the hospital. Sandhya is in a state of shock.
* Bua asks Vasudha to forgive Dhir the way she forgave all of them. Vasudha tells Bua that there are certain topics that will not be discussed at alla nd leaves for her room.
* Sandhya calla Vedant and tells him about Govind's heart attack. Vedant is shocked and tells her not to cry and he will come there immediately. He turns to leave when he sees Vasudha and gives her the news too and leaves for the hospital.Vasudha is shocked.

Preview: Sinha tells Sandhya that the reason her father got a heart attack is because the workers took their support from him and removed him from the union leader post. Sandhya is shocked and tells Sinha that "Vasudha mam will..." when Sinha buts in and says that it is all Vasudha's trick to remove Govind. Sandhya is shocked!!
