At the Lamba House, Rahul is getting dressed for the office. Priyanka gives him his coat. Rahul asks her what's her todays program. She says she will go to the doctor for a regular checkup and then for shopping for Karwa Chauth. Priya tells him that from now on she will do what Amma does for Dad, and gives him his pen, hanky and wallet.
Rahul has a serious look on his face and tells her that she does not respect Dad as she ought to as she is not doing what Dad has told her to do. Priyanka is surprised to hear this and tells him what has she not done. Rahul smiles and tells her that Dad asked them to give him Pota Poti. They share some light romantic moments and Rahul leaves for the office.
At the Lamba Group of Industries Rishab is in a meeting, telling the members present that in the last 6 months the result has not been good. Anoushka walks in and tells everyone present that she needs to talk to Rishab. Rishab tells everyone to leave. Rishab tells Anou that she will not be forgiven for this. Anou tells him that she is not afraid of him anymore, he has done whatever he can with her, except give her motherhood. She tells him to go to the doctors with her for a checkup. Rishab agrees to go to the doctors with her under one condition. He tells her that if it is medically proved that he is not the cause of her not becoming a mother, then she should leave him and go away. He tells her that he will go to the doctors for a checkup when she is ready to fulfill this condition, and tells her that he knows that nothing is lacking in him. Anoushka is taken aback.
Anoushka in her room, packing her bags, Priyanka comes there and asks her where she is going when tomorrow is Karwa Chauth. Anou tells her that she is leaving as her husband does not want her, she is married but has not received the position of a patni. Priyanka tells her that is not the only relation she has in this house, but lots of other relations as well, and should stay because of them. Anoushka tells Priyanka that when she has behaved so badly with her why does she be so good towards her. Priyanka tells her that what ever happened is in the past and everything is OK now. Priyanka tells Anoushka that this is our house we have to take care of it as it belongs to our Suhag, then kids and then their Pota Poti as well. Anoushka smiles and tells her that her talk has given her another hope and dream.
At the doctors office, Tanya (Rishab's ex secretary) walks in, she is expecting and has an appointment with the doctor. Priyanka walks in as well. Priya calls out to Tanya, congratulates her and asks her when she got married, Tanya tells her that she is an unwed mother. Priyanka is surprised.
Priyanka walks out of the doctors building, Kunal's car comes and stops. Kunal gets out and they look and smile at each other. Kunal asks her why she has not come home to meet them since last 20-25 days. Priyanka tells him that before she used to be Rahul's wife, now she has got promoted and is the bahu of the house as well. Kunal tells her that he was waiting for her to come back home in a couple of months. Priya tells him not to say such things and she is going shopping for her first Karwa Chauth. Kunal tells her that this first Karwa Chauth he will give her a gift, he will take out the dream of her returning home from his heart. Tanya comes out of the building. Kunal spots her. Priyanka tells him that she is an unwed mother. Kunal thinks that she is 4-5 months pregnant. Wishes Priyanka for Karwa Chauth and leaves.
At the Lamba House, doorbell rings. Meera opens the door, Kailash is at the door. On seeing Meera he tells her that she does not look happy, she looked this way whenever she had a fight with Raman. Kailash tells her that today he has come here as a father of her bahu, and has got this gift for her first Karwa Chauth. Meera tells him that now Priyanka has a mother in this house. Kailash tells her that he knew when she left her father's place, that she would be going to a mother's place. Meera asks him to come inside to give the gift, he says he cannot do that, Meera steps outside to accept the gift. Meera tells him she will send Priyanka very rarely to his house, Kailash tells her that he knows that there is a mother in this house who has taken Priyanka away from him, Priyanka comes from shopping and is happy to see her Bauji, asks him to come inside but he does not, he tells her that to come this far it has been real difficult for him, but he did as he did not get to see her in the last 20-25 days. Kailash walks towards his car. Meera tells Priyanka that not seeing his daughter has brought Kailash to the doorstep of his enemy, when his grandchildren come, he will break the wall of enmity and come inside. Kailash has a little smile on his face.
