Written Update - Aug 3, 2006

Tanya hands over the tapes to Kunal, and tells him that u know how to use them, and leaves, she just walks a little further and gets a call, its Rishab, she cuts the call, Rishab calls her "kambakht aurat" and says you cant live with them, but u cannot live without them either and is ready to make up with her.

Priya calls Gargi and asks about Kishore Baghat as she recollects this guy used to be in the college with them. Gargi tells her that he used to be the DJ in the college and was Ronnies friend, Priya recollects this guy and tells Gargi to find out more about where he is and what is he doing now. Gargi tells Priya that Kunal has got some tapes. Rahul is sleeping and Priya talks very softly with Gargi, while she is talking Rishab knocks on the door, Priya opens, Rishab looks inside the room and sees the closed file on the table (I looks as though he thinks that no one has gone through the file yet), he asks about Rahul, Priya tells him that Rahul is sleeping and he goes away.

At the Kharabanda house, Kunal is thinking about the tapes, they have his old speeches and video coverages, he has not yet figured out what these have to do with the case, he is thinking if Tanya is really helping him, or if she is with Rishab and just given him the tapes so that he wastes his time looking at them and takes his mind of the case.

Tanya comes home, tries to open the door with the key, but it does not open, Rishab opens it from the inside, he is drunk, on seeing Tanya he tells her he has changed the lock. He tells her that he misses her a lot, she tells him that you hurt me a lot, then puts a smile on her face and tells him that I missed you as well, and am thinking of joining the office again from tomorrow. Rishab is sort of happy and tells her that she can ofcourse join the office and that he need her to get the file back quickly. He hugs her, she gets a call from Kunal, she does not take the call and tells Rishab to go home as its very late. Rishab walks towards the door, and she (I think) deletes Kunals call from her mobile, but Rishab turns around and watches her. Rishab leaves closing the door, she calls him (bad word), he opens the door again and asks her if she said something. Tanya is taken aback but tells him no she did not say anything, Rishab tells her that I thought that pyar say tum nay mujhe pukara, she says no and he finally leaves.

Rishab comes home, drunk, he cant even walk straight, goes up to his room, knock on the door, Anou is awake, sitting on the bed, but does not open the door, he knocks again, the door does not open he goes back down. At the end of the stairs Raman is standing, Rishab bypasses Raman without even looking at him, Raman stops Rishab and tells him that you are so drunk that you cant even recognize your father. Raman tells him not to underestimate the enemy, cause now he feels we are getting weak, Rishab tells him that we are weak because of Rahul, Raman tells him that he will remove the Lamba name from Rahul's name. Raman leaves.

Rishab gets a call from Kunal, Kunal tells him that he would like to meet him, Rishab tells him that when his girlfriend (mehbooba) asked him for a date he was not that excited as he is excited to meet him (Kunal), after conversation with Kunal is over he tells himself Kambakht neend nahi aaeygi raat bhar.

Its next day, morning, Rishab is jogging and so is Kunal, they come face to face. Kunal tells him that by this evening you will be in jail, pasa palatney wala hai, Kunal tells Rishab that I promise that by this evening when the sun set (suraj doobey ga) you will also go down with it (tum bhi doobo gay). They part ways.

Rishab gets a call from someone.

Kunal is seeing the tapes with his lawyers, he tells them that we have to prove that everything was a setup (saazish), his lawyers say that this can only give them a chance for an appeal, but cannot prove him innocent. Kunal tells them that he has promised someone that something will happen by this evening, the lawyer tells him that I cannot do anything by this evening, only Khuda can so pray to Khuda. The episode ends on Kunal's face.
