That was just...sad.

The song is so melancholic. Feels downright cruel to see vegetable Prem. And it fits so well... What happened to UD, 'Nu? Could you ever imagine him acting like this? She made him change, made him fall in love, turned him away from all the things he was and...then she died? I know he was always the one making things hard for other people, but if you think of it...life was always hard to him too...having that childhood, growing up like that, always being misunderstood, and then Mukti...*sigh*

There is so much tragedy in their story...no matter how many times I rewatch those scenes, they get me every single time *sigh*....UD as a character was so multi-layered and so complex that there are no easy answers...he didn't deserve to have to watch her die in his arms either....but that is what happened :((....that is the tragedy that ironically makes them so iconic....the one person who finally changed him, made him feel so deeply....that very person was snatched away from him *sigh*

What I find so heartwrenching everytime I watch that scene is that can you imagine how much he loved her? That he was just so shattered after having to watch her die in his arms that he lost the ability to even think or say anything anymore?? That expression....it just guts you....that tragedy....of getting the entire world handed to you in a second and then snatched away so cruelly five minutes later....that is what is so unbelievably sad about watching Prem like that.

Dude, how is Saiyyan a happy VM in comparison :S LOL....even that has vegetable Prem in it :P lol

You think it was karma? All the crap he did finally catching up to him? Was Mukti actually life teaching him a lesson?

Mmm, for me, their story is more than a 'love' story, it's about one person bringing a revolution in another's life 😊 Whether that is on the level of adversaries, friends, lovers, soul mates, whatever...I think more than anything, she helped him find Prem in the UD he had grown up as and feel human.

Somehow, I associate Saiyyan with M's love for him and so it holds a warmer, dearer feeling for me....
