Yash and Yuvika went to get approval for their product outiside the city.

Wapas ate time Yuvika didn't have a car. Yash offered her lift but she rejected and took a cab.

Cab driver being a rapist takes Yuvika he took to a remote location after she falls asleep.

Yuvika wakes up. Fights them gets hit in the head, faints.

Neil's heart takes over Yash's body and memory and takes him there to save Yuvika. He saves Yuvika and takes her home (while she is unconscious) but doesn't remember anything about it.

Someone releases a video of Yuvika. Yuvika thinks it is Yash because she sees him drpoing her in the CCTV footage of Mahajan.
