Episode 425 was a nice episode for me although many people felt that it should have focussed on the ponnu pakkara ceremony. I thought it was an occasion to highlight Thenu's plight (problem) rather than the matchmaking between Dimple and Surya .(thank God there was an explanation given why Neelima's character was named Dimple) 😆
Little Neha rocked. 👏 The past couple of episodes she has shown that she can be quite versatile too. We saw a talkative Thenu, a cheeky Thenu, a bullying Thenu, a periya manishi Thenu, a sad Thenu - but this is the first time we see a suffering Thenu. We already have a Kutty Radikaa in Maha Lakshmi...is there a chance that we have a Mini Radikaa in Neha? ⭐️She did a great job in showing how much she was suffering emotionally and mentally. The anguish of a Motor Mouth who used to rattle off like an express train without caring who she was talking to or about, now couldnt utter a single syllable and is not in a position to tell her Periamma because of the delicacy of the controversial situation. What a twist of fate. 😭Everyone (including viewers) were going on about what a vayadi muniyamma she is and here we have her unable to open her mouth and say something. 😭We could sense Thenu's stress and nervousness. Poor girl was literally freaking out.💔
Everything else was secondary - Rani's humour (glad that it is still there - PIMPLE - hahahaha), Surya's shyness (for God's sake, this was over!!). I liked Bhoomi's happy and relaxed demeanour. Prithivee also was excellent as someone who looked happy outside but worried and nervous inside - you could see that the smile and the eyes did not match.
I did think that Vani shouldnt have gone on and on about Thenu talking - but maybe she must have suspected something. Perhaps they should have said that she has a sore throat and couldnt talk but ultimately though, Vani should know about Thenu's situation and this is how it is brought out. I clapped when she asked "Thenukku enna?". She is not an intelligent lawyer for nothing. So now let us see where this is going - the enmity between Kathir and her is going to get intensified.
Neelima was beautiful. I was concerned whether she would make a good pair for Surya...but now I think she will be.The way her mother was dressed gives me the impression that they are puthu pannakaranga and I am a bit concerned whether this lady, who is well known for her nasty mouth in other serials as well as Radaan's, is going to be the same in this serial too.
We dont want too many evil people in Vani Rani please baz!! (boss)
Hahahaha, I must admit when you showed Dimple playing around with her fingers, I was horrified and thought "Oh no, another Shenbagam". Then they showed Surya fidgeting too and I was relieved that both actions were signs of nervousness. LOL.
