Manav Gohil in Vaidehi
Manav Gohil is entering Vaidehi as Neel who will play an important role in the protagonist's life. He will be a friend, guide, a confidante of Vaidehi who helps her through her problems. Manav makes an entry in the July 24 episode as 'one of the most prominent characters of the show'. "I play a regular guy who has been brought by Jai Singh since the age of five. As a result, Neel is obligated to the Jai Singh parivaar who, in turn, considers him to be their asset. So, what happens when Neel encounters the problems faced by Vaidehi in the family is what makes the character interesting," explains Manav. The reason why Manav who has so far stayed away from the regular saas bahus took up this role was "it's a bold story." Soon Manav will also be seen doing a film with wife Shweta Kwatra though he doesn't want to divulge any details except that it's produced by Percept and is a children's film.
