Okay to be truthful i have stopped watching Bff but today by chance i saw tomorrow's precap...

It was shown that sanju see's light in Prithvi's house and thinks he has returned

She enter's his house bcoz the door is open

Thn it is shown that she find some torn medical report of Prithvi

And wonder's if Prithvi was ill

She tries to find another piece of the report when someone suddenly appear's

This was it! Does tht mean Prithvi has some Deadly Disease?

Oh God!! I hope Not!😭

I also saw the precap..& last five minutes where she is upset n varun & his evil sis planning something. Damn I knew it prithvi had some disease becoz theres nothing which can keep him from confessing to her.. :( DAMN!! I want Sanju to go to his hometown searching for him. :(
