yes all marriage r illegal in uttaran because there is no stamp of family court judge in divorce paper

but its a way of showing CVs that divorce haapnd.

and meethi-akash divorce happened. so wat if she wanted 2 reconcile wid him but did she reconcile??

no she mrd vishnu in her full senses like vishnu mrd & now hes trying 2 move on also.one pic doesn't mean he doesn't want 2 move on. he'd deleted all her pics from his comp. this must b left in his dairy. hes not shown sleeping wid it.

and meethi is now legal wife of vishnu.

Could he have furthered it in four hours? In the midst of doing all those marriage preps? I believe that's the time frame between when Akash signed the papers left the house and when Meethi was forced to marry Vishnu? At least all the rest of the marriages had some sort of time frame between them when it could be believed they had followed reasonable procedures for divorce. Also regarding Tapu and Rathore, remember when Rathore was telling his flashback story that he met Tapu a year after she left the house and at this time she asked him to sign divorce papers which he said he did?

UT never shows divorces happening in court they've always mentioned divorces in passing so we believe they happened but in this case there was simply no way those signed papers could have even been registered to make the next marriage believable because the marriage happened a mere 4-5 hours after Akash signed the papers and it was meaningless too considering they reconciled after he had signed them.

then isnt meethi akash marrige is also illegal bcoz in court it will be registered as meethi vishnu 😉

or if u belive that court matters r important then dont u think akash shud sent jail bcoz of that fraud marriage

this forum...
tappu rani-rathore marriage is legal
even though veer-tappu rani divorce was not formalised
tappu rani has done a good thing by marrying tej
despite not getting a divorce from rathore...
tappu can come back to former hubby from tej
without a valid divoce...
so every thing is fine for tappu rani (is a former criminal)
and akash (current criminal)
but not valid and is illegal for meethi-vishnu...

Why don't we then consider that every marriage that has happened in this serial is illegal except for Veer and Tapu's because it was the first in line and Meethi Akash because it was also first in line. Then consider whether those two marriages are also illegal because of the fraud involved in them.

We can only go by what the CVs have shown us. They have never shown any court divorce but they have mentioned through reference that Tapu and Veer divorced (veer stated so) and that Rathore and Tapu divorced (Rathore stated that in his flashback whilst talking to Mukta). certainly, Meethi and Akash never had any legal divorce. There was no time for those papers to be registered in court.
