Let's be honest Akash is Meethi's first love she might move with vishnu but she might not be able to feel that strong for vishnu ever. When she consummate her marriage with Akash it was her first time she felt that way and that imprint will always be there on her memory and no matter what Vishnu does he can't take that away.
