Hello Uttaranians...*jaz kaan pakering*...so sorry for the delay in posting thread number two 😕...time is just flying by so fast...its been so busy...but enough with excuses here is round two of voting..
Viewbies Note: There were supposed to be 5 winners from Round 1...however...due to a tie...there are 6...
You must VOTE FOR 3 siggies. Anyone voting for more or less will not be counted towards the contest. Participants CANNOT vote for their own entries. Do not create MID's (multiple id's) to vote for entries. If this happens then votes will not be counted. Participants cannot solicit votes for their banners via comments and/or PM's. If a participant does so, their entries will be DISQUALIFIED! Anyone found breaking any of the above stated rules will be disqualified.
