As far as I remember, initially,Vansh was more close to Tej Singh apart from Kasa Kaka than other B-Toons. So Tej Singh knows Vansh in a better way. If TIGER is planted as Vansh in haveli then he will have to learn all about Vansh, even his mannerisms and who can better teach him that other than Tej Singh.

I think later it will be revealed that TIGER is the twin brother of Vansh. The maid who was present during Gunvanti's delivery stole one child without anyone's knowledge as she was childless. Tej Singh came to know that but kept quite as he hates B-Toons. The maid raised that son who turns out to be a lookalike of Vansh Singh Bundela and he is TIGER. (Just my wild imagination guys! 🤣)
