Vansh, as soon as he realized the truth about Ichcha and Veer's relationship and Tapasya's duplicity, became so contrite and guilt-laden, that he could not forgive himself for torturing Ichcha and committed suicide. That was because he was a sick man in need of treatment and rehabilitation and so he took that extreme decision on impulse.
In the case of Tapasya, even though she is also sick and brainwashed by her Nani in childhood and is in need of counselling, is extremely cunning and selfish and not the type to harm herself. She would only harm others with her meticulous planning and execution of all her wicked crimes. So, if she has really turned positive and become great friends with Ichcha once again, she should not intrude in her married life and get out, repenting for all the heart ache she gave Ichcha and Veer and own up to all her lies and deceit including the one about her entering B house faking pregnancy, which later turned real, with Rathod's kid. She should face her trials in court and go through whatever sentence that is given by the courts, and only then marry somebody who is still willing to marry her. If she does all that we can agree that she has turned positive and we too will be happy that justice has been meted out to all.
Nobody is against Tapasya turning positive, but it should be made to seem real and not fake as is being shown now. In reality a person will feel ashamed of all these misdeeds of theirs', but here they are showing her agreeing to marry the father of her child as though she is doing some noble favour and great sacrifice for saving Veer, who is her obsession. Rathod also seems to be a nice, rich guy who cares for her and her child, and she has so much good luck, but they are again portraying her as though she is the sacrificing victim, who is emotionally blackmailed to marry an eligible rich bachelor with whom she had a fling. She does not even think about the future of her own child and what is good for him/her. She is full of herself only and it was obvious in yesterday's episode, when she said that she does not care about what others in B house feel. So she has not changed at all and tackled Ichcha with her emotional friendship card to keep her mouth shut, but now she has been cornered by Rathod and so she is afraid of getting exposed again.
