I can't understand why they are doing this.............the story is so clear.........why?? Why are they complicating things and making decent characters into laughable characters.........I really do not understand these writers................ I had a rethink about yesterday's scene and I was actually going to say that other than offering his name to Tapasya which was dumb because the nurse asked for his name and not hers.................he sort of carefully tried to explain his position.........some may not agree with me................ but today his dialogue made no sense at all other than the child was an innocent person in this mess. Anyway that is how this serial is............so we can either watch it or lump it.

Please check this.. It proves that even after getting divorced, some women prefer to use their ex husband's surname for various reasons and only on 19th feb 2010, Mumbai HC restrained a woman from using her ex husband's name..
