You had to see that episode...........that little girl Ishita is scary and her facial expressions and her rolling eyes reminded me of her as Tapasya.............poor girl she just cries all the time. But logically speaking, tapasya having a physical relation with rathore is not a sin. See, veer has thrown her out of his life with no hopes left for reunion and tapasya being tapasya was on the revenge mode and will do anything for survival attitude. And rathod was the one who helped her in need, he bailed her out of jail and gave her the comforts she is used to , though he also got benefitted from her.
