Its very simple😊, Any member can pick any category n nominate one name but plzzz make sure no one else nominated tht name under that category already. U CAN SELF NOMINATE UNDER ANY CATEGORY IF U WISH TO😉😆😆 tqs to Shalini for tht gr8 idea👏👏 AND UR ALLOWED TO VOTE FOR NOMINATIONS MADE IN UR NAME BY OTHERS😃

and members who think tht nomination in tht category is appropriate can like tht post😃, u can like more than one person if u think more than one is good😳, in this manner its transparent and we can count votes easily and know who is winning 😃
