Is it all managed by Jogi?

I have a feeling that the CVs may be unfolding subsequently that all the trauma that Taps is going through is being managed by Jogi Thakur himself and he is the man who planted Raghu, Mehta, etc. and all the events so far so that Taps is exposed to the real world.
