1. When the hell did Veer and Tapasya get legally married????
Too many law points put forth here, so heres my logic. No marraige is considered legal unless the couple with 3 evidences and wedding pictures that clearly showing the faces of bride and groom. Clear closeup's are a must. And if the couple claims to have a hindu wedding with parent/guardian's approval the court of marriage also needs couples pictures with family.
👍🏼
2. Hilariously, Tapasya's and Veer's wedding was never registered, never approved and accepted by court of law and looser CVs show us the divorce track!!🤢
3. Even if Cvs took their fictional freedom here... That Veer and Tapasya got married legally somehow, that they didnt register their marriage but performed registry marraige first, but still... Tapasya would have signed a document that would have been appealed to the marraige registrate as Veer Singh Bundela Weds Iccha Bharti !!!❤️
4. Ultimately, either its another crime add-on to Tapasya's legal crime list that she forged signature's of Iccha Bharti or there's No marraige AT ALL! Only she can choose what she wants now😆 either another crime add on or consider her marraige a comedy play!!

Am saying in terms of the show where in the show they are considering it a legal marriage however I am well aware in real life this sort of marriage can be nullified as a fraud because of the wrong bride in the mandap😆 But since they are hell bent on making a joke of the law in the serial which we could see with not only the marriage but all the police investigations...in the show they would need to get a divorce first. And even in real life they dont just sign the papers and its automatically nullified😆 Marriage isnt that easy to break nowadays there would be a case with a judge aand evidences of the dhoka would need to be presented b4 witness statements from both parties and then the marriage would be nullified. But why talk logic...there isnt any of it in this serial😆 oh and btw for the fraudulent marriage not only tapu would get saza so would ichha for her consent. but here these silly cvs are trying to show that saat phere go gaye and its automatically legal😆 baap re

Sanaya...the marriage is definitely legal, by the simple fact that Veer and his family chose to llive with Tapasya after vedic rituals were performed....Veer , even if it was for Vansh's sake.... post marriage rituals shared the same room with Tapasya....even if the marriage was under "different circumstances".......they cannot say after having stayed with her "oops! we did not know ..the bride was supposed to be different"..........Veer and Tapasya staying together after rituals definitely legalizes the marriage....and if Veer does not want to live with Tapasya now......-he is supposed to file for divorce.
Pics of marriage....if the bride's face is covered with veil are not really essential...there are so many proofs possible....residency proof, .....ration card....name change affidavit.....and many other things...
Remember they were supposed to travel abroad and changed their plans last minute. because of vansh..before their travel plas ofcours they would have had something like visa interview-where they would have been required to give evidences of being husband wife...or if not proofs....atleast a testimony that they were married to each other.
And 100s of witnesses who would have known Tapasya as wife of Veer Singh Bundela.....After so much it is absurd to say they did not need divorce...🤢

my dearest Hima this is all 100% true! However the marriage may have been done...I feel up until the point Veer didnt bring her back from his own wish...he had the right to file for annulment but not after that...because then he brought her back to his house as his wife without any force. He just did it for vansh. And yeh in real life if Veer wanted annulment all these proofs would be presented. But then after he brought her back gave her the place of his wife...stayed in the same room as her even put the sindoor out of his own free will...well then after that the marriage basically becomes like unable to be anulled because then it becomes wrong to the wife. But this is just a stupid serial why get into legal jargon here. As far as they are concerned the legal aspect can go to the bin they are like saat pheres done then the marriage is legal they wont think about the technical aspects😆 So Veeya's marriage in the show is definitely legalised now and if he at all wants to marry Ichaa he will need to divorce tapu first!

First thing a court ask to issue a marriage certificate is d wedding invitation card (which will have ichcha's name) then a wedding photo which should have both bride and groom (not there in the case of Veer and Tapu) and then consult by both husband and wife that they got married.

In case of Veer and Tapu they could have never even managed to get a marriage certificate 😆😆😆

😆😆 I fully agree!! There's no meaning in giving logics on this stupid soap! Its almost impossible in real life to find such uniquely silly characters!! Its like they leave their heads at home while working on the serial! And the biggest thing that bugs me about this serial is their communication Gap! The entire serial is only one single issue "Communication Gap (CG) and its side effects"!!! Starts with Jogis CG to Damini abt killing her hubby, then more CG's with his daughter which is the cause of the negativity, then Iccha's CG in hiding Tapasya's kartoots, then Damini+ Iccha's CG, then Veer's CG with his parents and Brother, Iccha's CG's with Vansh... 😆😆 phew.. an entire drama based on one issue...!!

Well I dont see why they would want a wedding invitation card😆 That doesnt prove who actually got married😆 For all the court knows the bride swap cudve happened with consent😆 So wedding invitation is useless. The marriage certificate would be the main thing but in Uttaran''s case I have no idea😆 And the wedding photo proves nothing cos of the riwaaz of the ghunghat sheilding the brides face. And the consultations would then happened but Veer has screwed it up now😆 Cos if the court hears that Veer himself willingly accepted her as his wife after the vancha shaadi then of course the court would become shakki😆 and they wouldnt grant the annulment soo easily😆 But normally the court would have to hear both sides of the argument.😆

serials have all these nonsensical things which we just would watch and tear our hair out over😆 its their speciality to be illogical dumb stupid and yes I agree the CG is what bugs me the most along with the ignorance of the law and of obvious morality😆 theres simply no logic!
