vansh was dopey and drug addict, he went to rehab also. A doctor will easily give the statement that such person is already mentally unstable and in a state of mind to harm himself. Thr r hundreds of ppl in india who are not in stable mental state but any ppl talking to them rudely cannot be punished for their suicide.
Secondly, instigating a person to commit suicide means continuosly torturing a person mentally or physically. U can consult ur lawyer frrnd for confirmation here. Or u can ruchika,s real life case which is relateds t the law u r talking abt here. What would be the evidence of torture in this case? Clearly, remember all the episods. If u say here vansh doubted his wife bcoz of taps, then What will they say that taps told vansh on his wedding night abt veer n icha,s past relationship? That will never be considered as torture. And of course thr was no physical torture
thirdly, if court will be shown the video, it will clearly prove that vansh came with a gun and NOT taps, which proves vansh already had an intention to kill someone that day, which is true also. So he can kill himself also, plus the video will show that he was threatening to kill taps. here will come the point of self defence. So the case becomes very weak and in real world scenario taps can easily be proved innocent...

But i know u guys r icha lovers and will never agree with me ... But guys plssss, when u talk abt realistic things like law, get ur facts right, its a tv serial not a reality show, they can show anything

That Tapu cannot be held accountable for Vansh's death according to the LEGAL system! We already know that Tapu committed a crime by conspiring to murder ichha with Sid! She can be tried for that! But NOT for Vansh's suicide! If u dont listen to us where will u understand? And Nidhi is simply stating fact! Cos im sure like me she doesnt appreciate the law being bandied about and misinterpreted! Areyy why can u not listen to the people who have studied law and understand law? madam, we hear everybody and make our conclusion and talk logically. first of all this is not a court, its forum where we discuss abt the action of a character of UT. and wht we hv watched it clear without any dout, tht Tapu instigated Vansh which cause his suicide. he hd earlier also tried. before court it may be debatable subject, but before we viewer its a clear cut moral crime, no childhood psychology can justify it . madam i just want to ask u, u people r blaming Jogi for ignorance, which turned Tapu Devil. Jogi whtever did not intentionally. and here a devil is instigetting a adict intentionally, which cause his death and u r defending her giving rubbish justification. in this case u r talking abt law, and leaving morality in dust bin and whn its come to proved legal crime u starts talking abt reason behind . a lot of child psycologist gather and start teach us psychology lession. and somebody find it only sensible argument. i know dancing is gd excercise, but dancing from one point to another, keep in very odd situation 😆

u guys r sooooooooooo obsssessed with icha that u dont even read the posts by others completely..
First go n read my first post completely only then reply,
after reading my post u ll realise that no where i mentioned that taps shall not be punished. I just metioned that they showed that vansh suicide arrest scenario as non realistic n non sense, but u guys just have to keep adding ur own issues which were not even talked abt in the post and attacking members with sarcastic comments.. Why dont u also reply decently using facts backed by ur point of view rather than just sarcastic comments
No wonder moderators ban such members n then they make a hue n cry abt it.

Now i know one more sarcastic comment will come which will be baseless. But i m not gonna reply to such comment n waste my energy n time.
If u have anything to say logical especially relating to incidents n facts shown in show to give ur opinion and how legal proceedings shall happen then we can discuss and have healthy discussion.
