I don't think someone needs to leave their claim on money they are rightfully entitled too.😕..The money Jogi got from his dad....he cannot rightfully refuse it to Tapasya....even if Tapasya is jailed for whatever reasons.....even the court cannot stop her from getting her share. And being that heiress Tapasya can always payback whichever credit card she is using...even if she is using someone else's card.

And she played the role of a wife...jaisi bhee thhi....don't divorcee women seek some alimony from a husband who deserts them (now puhleez... we are not debating who's at fault here for the t separation...😊...many divorcee women claim compensation....she is just one of them...perhaps claiming it in her own way.)

Anyways...money isn't an issue-as far as I think-.she is taking care of her emotional health is what people are applauding...nothing else😊..they are not justifying her previous acts.

sweetie u missed d point y money issue came up in d first place😊..and compensation is a different ball game altogether and disowning a child from the wil is not unheard of !! and yup she z obviously taking gud care of a hurtn bruised ego !! 😳😳😳

dear, dont indulge in argument, its useless. those who r claiming tht she hs right in Veer property (which credit card she is using), doesnt know tht if the case will go to the court even this marriage will not be vailid and our Tapu will go to jail for frauding, and there ofcouse she can use her credit card. sometime they r feeling proud tht she started new life and same time they r advocating using someone's money who hs kicked her out. where is self regard???? may be there r different difinition of self regards for Tapu Baba too as the different law and principles. so dont waste ur time and enjoy the forum.

Hey mesmerised..I agree that people can completely disown their children from their own property.....and have all the right to do it.
But in cases where even parents have inherited their property (and not earned)...they are supposed to pass on their children's share...and if they refuse that share to their disowned children.....the disowned child can seek legal help in getting his share (which belongs to him through his deceased grandparents and not directly from parents)...😳 and challenge such wills in court of law.
