look ji i believe tht the legal system is there to rehabilitate people and make sure society is safe and in this case jail cannot help tapu because jail will make her hatred deeper and deeper and when she gets out she may well go on a killing frenzy and this time she will ruthlessly cold blood murder ANYONE who tries to get in her way! jail is not a cure to mental illnesses! thats why here in australia instead of jail there are special programs that certain people are forced to attend as their sanction! jail is not in any way going to help this situation! i dont know about india but here they have these specialist programs to make sure that everyone is given the right sanction!
