I asked my law professor today...is it absolutely true that police is not allowed to hold anyone in custody or for questioning for more than six hours without charging them! he said yeh of course if u wanna keep them for longer u need a special order from the court! Alas! No such legal logic in Uttaran! Dunno where the bail came from either😕 So far as we know he wasnt arrested so where does bail become necessary?

🤣 🤣🤣oh u troubled ur poor professor for it ; we ourselves told u abt it .. and ssee its not a show meant to impart awareness abt the proceeding of law in the land;😆for eg did they show the cops doing site investigation; no na;😆 but they showed that they seized all important clues they obtained there; probably they assume that people will understand and fill in the gaps themselves;😉 little did they know that people are trying to learn abt legal proceedings in the country 🤣 🤣 🤣

in real such kraps showing in uttaran doesn't happen except for commit suicide as it happens even now around the world....

even this uttaran investigation is also nonsense.....

its just a show nothing real......

bringing real law for this stupid show is not needed at all.....

Members here really know how to start a fight and ruin a thread..right ??..if someone is commenting against Indian Judiciary system in a provocative way..then instead of simply reporting the post,why always other members will hv to quote it back and counter attack that member to start a fight..let me tell everyone that member who has made some offensive comments against a particular country is at fault no doubt but at the same time those who hv just pounced onto that post and personally attacked the member instead of simply reporting it r also at fault.,.so warning goes to everyone out here who hv started this silly fight in the name of India ..if u all really respect your country ,then this argument would not hv gone for so many pages and instead would hv stopped in a matured way...but here the issue is not India..the issue is the ongoing fight which is going on between two fan grps...But all this will not b tolerated anymore..and from now onwards warning level will b straightaway raised whoever tries to start a fight or make any sort of instigating comments..Action will b taken against both the parties..

Shyam I m feeling sorry for u..your thread has turned into a war zone and if this continues like this,I will hv no option but to close it..so plss stop these arguments at least for your friend who has started this post

It was a perfectly normal topic till it went into indian legal system loopholes and like many other threads in d forum now a days went on a different track all togeather

Ya I know every topic these days is going into the same mess because of non-stop fights nad arguments and ego clashes between different fan grps...

Thats the reason u will find me more in padosi forum these days😆..I m also worried about Sonuu now...where is she ??Not there on FB too😭😭
