Knowing Taps, it's probably something even worse that what Ichcha wrote it. Not bad enough to break the marriage, but bad enough to get Vansh to be mad at Ichcha. Possibly she used that photo she took from Jogi with Ichcha-Veer and the basti kids and used it to create some new story. The possibilites are endless with a mind like Taps'😆
