Unknowingly damini led her daughter to disaster. But she at least realises now and tries to stop icha from commiting more mistakes whereas her daughter is blinded with tappus love. with a character like icha this show can never have a happy episode ever.

its nt like she doesnt feel bad...she was hurt when tappu talked rudely..bt still she wont go n blurt out truth in front of jogi!!
y cant she take a stand..she very well knows how self-centered tapu is..when she will start using her brains??

I started watching Uttaran from June 2009 so have very little knowledge as to went on exactly before that but grossly upon trying to catch up the story via youtube videos at intermittent intervals during that period I have realised it's a mockery of poverty.

Good things shown are scantier and short lived like friendliness of rich and poor girl

?Drunken driving by Jogi Jogi kills Ichcha's dad and hood winks law and been living scott free for more than 10 years Pushkar robbing Jogi of his money .. which was meant to be given to Damini and also while managing ichcha's wedding expenditure naani stealing Ichca's lottery ticket Mockery of Poverty by naani Impersonation of Ichcha by tappu naani's son bribing some drunken fellow to marry Ichcha cheating by Tappu in answering questions on miss perfect or what ever competition tappu Stealing Ichca's engagement dress and jewellery substance abuse by Vansh
1. Veer influencing some school official to grant permission to Ichcha's school

This list I'm sure is just a tip of the iceberg

13) no one aware about tap's vulgarality with veer, her loud sound of crying and talking with veer at the day of marriage .i think such drama can easily hear from 200m
