Atinamma, I too have wondered about the same many times... since this often happens in movies/ serials....

my experience: during my visits to a temple (be it back home every Tuesday/ Friday) or here in Canada (once or twice a year), I have never come across anyone who speak out loud to God (no offence meant there 😳😳). I think people in general wish to keep the matter b/w themselves and God (confidential) so it is a heart to heart talk... having said that... I do come across a lot of people who as they go around the santhithanam sing devotional songs/ thevaram out loud. But there is a huge difference b/w singing out loud and saying their worries to lord out loud naa 😆😆.

I know in serials & movies ... so many things happen....which we have to accept eventhough it is impossible in real life...( like a man becoming a kodeeshwaran with in a couple minutes) and we can not question that.....I understand....but I really wanted to know the answer...whether people pray loud in front of GOD.....nu....I asked that question and got the answers too...Thanks once gain for the answers given here.

I sometimes do,....pray loud....when I am all alone by myself.....at home....in front of my altar I stand and talk to GOD......but never insdie the church. ( when I do this all my three dogs also will come and sit next to me...( probably they are thinking that this woman must be crazy to talk all by herself nu!!!😉)
