Here's the thing, they tried their best to make Isha a positive character, Tejo ka poora arc use de diya, BUT she's not Tejo or Priyanka who could pull that off. Data speaks, once fatejo were married after jasfa (at jasfa time show had gotten a notice bcz of low trp, and fatejo marriage immediately swooped in and saved the show). What did Harleen Ekam do, post jasfa breakup lowest TRP of Udaariyaan. Fatejo ruled FMN jodi charts consistently (not just any random YT/TWITTER poll) till they left. Tejo was among the annual most liked characters among the likes of anupama, jethalal etc. Where is harleen btw? Tejo earned everything.

And Idk from which angle 'isha' character was strong entertaining at least in season one. USed to cry as much Tejo, while doing nothing except cheap acts. Tejo on the other hand was the strongest person in UD. Survived frauds, cheating, cuckoo crazy families, was the financial backbone of both houses, basically doing EVERYTHING for both houses, Sandhus and Virks.

ISha doesn't have what it takes to be a FL.

Because she can't bring ratings. You know those are kinda important otherwise channel will shut your show. They've hit officially lowest since jasfa days. It's that simple. You like Isha, that's fine, but there's an entire audience out there, which is more important.

Also the fact that you think making negative means they hate her, nope. Negative characters have way more potential, Angad ATE when he's dark. Some of the most iconic characters are negative on ITV. It's nobody but makers and Isha's fault that they can't even serve a proper negative character.

They gave Isha a FL chance for the third or fourth time, this time as harleen when it would ruin Naaz Nehmat story which was already established. That's biased behavior, nothing else. If it wasn't they'd have just had jasmine, punished her, sent her off. But they gave her another chance at FL, and she failed.

During high 'jasfa' ema, the focus was never on jasfa, it's always on how Tejo is dealing with that. Even in negative phase, it's about fatejo at the core, jasfa never had any soul or bonding. Angad could've easily replaced Jasmine role with much better acting.

I'm not giving entire credit to fatejo or PRiyankit, story matters most, and the execution too. Until airport the story, direction was tight, but after that they're all over the place. And btw this is where the biased behavior comes, ISha had no role whatsover, but she's being given 10-15 mins everyday for nothing but cheap acts and dances which were just erased from the story. They actually erased several stories to accommodate Isha SS. Giving positive character doesn't mean they're biased towards Tejo and Nehmat. In fact how can Tejo be negative when from the beginning she's the one with strongest morals? Harleen ka toh you can say she's after all raised by Jasmine.

Beyond all this, there are just too many facts and data you're ignoring. Where's the craze for Harleen? Where's she on ratings? Tejo left a legacy which nobody, not even Nehmat can touch.

Since you are bringing Jasfa EMA phase, lemme remind you what was happening at that time, Jasfa weren't negative, Fateh was, until then Jasmine hadn't done anything beyond her usual antics, between jasfa they're same childish relationship which was in their first phase, kanneda, dancing around trees etc. If that's what brought TRP then how cam they failed miserably in first phase? Nope, the focus was always on Fatejo, and how Tejo was dealing with everything, also Simzo were a huge part and Tejo was playing a major role in their story too.

Actually compare the Atrangi shaadi, even though Jasmine and her dance was promoted heavily, people didn't care about that, Fatejo stole the limelight. go check the insta and difference, fatejo outdid chameli and her performances, and btw trpwise the shaadi was failure, it didnt increase, trp was just stable.

The show had story until airport only, it's confirmed by Ankit, after that they're freestyling. They should've left JAsmine out bcz her character had nothing more, just send her to canada and goodbye, Angad should've been in the show because his story would have been way more interesting.

As for Priyanka triple role, yes that's the only benefit she got, that she was given a challenging role, baby Tejo, and damn she ATE that. Neutrals who've not seen the show loved her, and till this day it remains the best acting in Udaariyaan. Also, just to remind you, Priyanka is the only actor from UD who's called by the channel for her work, bcz she's that great.

And btw it seems only Saravi and you see potential of Isha because nobody else can. Ratings, audience, nobody else. You should check out this forum from the beginning and then you might understand just how loved Tejo was. JAsmine, harleen, Nehmat, Fateh, none of them combined can have that craze. Ofc a character like that won't be ruined. She was the protagonist, and audience recognised her as such. You can say injustice happened with Harleen when she achieves half of what Tejo did.

So the post leap story will be a new beginning of NehKam. Hope the trp goes below 1.0🤣

I personally believe that neha Sonakshi twinkle r much better actresses than priyanka n isha. They all 3 r natural but that doesn't mean that everyone will share the same opinion.

If jasfa were increasing trp then why were they such a failure in phase 1? Because it's not jasfa but the fatejo angst. Can IF be the only judge, absolutely not. But can combined ratings and trends tell about popularity, yes. First of all, yes Isha was quite popular when the show started, much more popular than Priyanka BUT that's her SM audience, she's very active tiktok influencer. Pri was also making makeup reels, but she's nowhere equal to her. It was after Udaariyaan Pri overtook Isha in popularity.

About MC and PRiyanka, there's an extremely imp brand Ormax, it has consistently predicted the winner, and acc to that it's MC. And Tejo was on Ormax most popular list, among the likes of Anupama, jetha etc. You can claim anything when Isha comes in that list either as harleen or Jasmine.

I've never said negative vamp are less important, hell I wanted Angad to be the negative, bcz the potential was so much more there. Without negative character no story would work. I just have maintained Jasmine isn't a strong or layered one.

Well it doesn't matter what me or personally you think, like these opinion will be subjective. But I think the channel would know when they just praise one actor for something, it gotta be good.
