I think it has to do with the makeup and hairstyle. The light makeup and this hairstyle suited her.

Other than Advait, I don't believe anyone is familiar with Harleen. Shamsher, Sandhus, and Nehmat may feel that Harleen resembles Jasmine, while Naaz might recognise her as she is the only one who knows that Jasmine has another daughter.

.Why shamsher can recognize her and sandhus and nehmat naaz can find similarity in look of jazz /jasso mom

@red - Agreed and Ekam doesn't seem to be a character who would turn grey or negative because he doesn't have any negative qualities at all.
