The thing is, with Fateh it's a pattern. he was the best husband before he cheated, best lover before he ditched Tejo publicly second time in a humiliating way and it's hard to assume otherwise this time. Like if he doesn't, yes it's a good thing, but considering his track record, I'm not too hopeful.

Tejo deserves better than someone like him. I want a guy who would be less of a trouble for her, and actually understand what dedication means to a partner.

However I disagree insofar as the roka incident goes.

I love Tejo but we all know that she hid something so major from him due to which his brother even tried to commit suicide, J completely took over and ruined their mental peace and his brother got panic attacks and lived in dread. Tejo knew all this and yet she did such a big piece of information from him, all because of blind love for her sister she never really recognized for the bicth she is. I don't blame Fateh for feeling outraged though he shouldn't have cancelled the roka. There were always trust issues between them mainly from Tejo"s side, in fact she trusted Angad more than Fateh umpteen number of times. She broke her pregnancy news to him first and foremost, that too is wrong!

So what I am trying to say is we can't always pin the blame squarely only on Fateh all the time.

The reason I like present-day tejo (I will never call her mental or pagal) is because she is without all that moral baggage now, of wanting to be ethical, understanding, family first and all that shit for a sister and family who don't deserve it and have proven it time and again. That Tejo was many times plain stupid, gullible and so mahaan that it was irritating and she created a lot of heartache and trouble for everyone including herself and us in the process!

I believe firmly that we should always call a spade a spade.

Padma I never said that Tejo was right, she was absolutely wrong in hiding that piece of information. However in any relationship you need to give your partner some space, a place to explain themselves. Tejo gave it to Fateh even after EMA. She gave him a chance to explain. Did he?

Also here's the thing, if his response to one single mistake, which didn't even came from a wrong place, or wrong intentions is to ditch her like that(and take that in context, She's getting engaged to a man who had an affair with his sister, and publicly humiliated her several times, and she's already disgraced because of one fake marriage), then they should not be together. If you can't even think from your partner's perspective even a little bit, you should not be together.

And if it was such a huge thing really, as everyone likes to explain, then he should have broken the roka. Then it's not the problem, it's his afterwards behavior. If Tejo's mistake was really that unforgivable, why does anyone even say he should not have broken up?

Also he's always upset after roaming with his chamiya entire day...So idc about him being upset. He'd cry after throwing milk and verbally abusing her in a public ceremony... i don't care about his rona dhona at this point. And I'm not even mad about him breaking up, worse was his behavior afterwards. Fine you break up, but then what right he had to insult her character? To call her gold digger? To say that Tejo was just using him as a side piece? Just walk away. But no, his response was to make up with her with an ice cream?? Is that what that relationship means to him? A teenage squabble? She just wanted clarity, and Fateh refused to provide even that, and asked her to blindly trust him, when he could not do that even with Tejo's character. And once he said all that shit, I don't see why would Tejo believe him. If he can stoop as low as calling her gold digger, accusing her of using him, and having a relationship with Angad, insulting her job which she absolutely loves... why would she trust him on anything? Is a woman like Tejo, who's kept her head high no matter what, will be with a guy who calls her who#e?

Was that Tejo OTT mahan? Yes. But it's only that Tejo who could have forgiven someone like Fateh. If she tried to see the best in Jasmine and Angad, it's because she gives that chance to everyone else. To her own family, to her own in laws, and nobody has benefited more than Fateh of that generosity. Since the first day of marriage, his behavior was so despicable that it's only ott mahan Tejo who gave him a chance.

Tbh that would be my perfect Tejo, one who would throw everyone, jasmine, fateh, sandhus and virks to the curb and say how shitty they all were.

TRP 1.5 means stable in spite of full fatejo scenes and screen space good. If this track dosent show TRP 2 then forget it I think elephant drama is waste and cringy killing yelling of tejo will never bring TRP

Now I do understand your POV and I tend to indeed agree. In fact for me Fatejo was over with the EMA itself. It's just that Fateh's character evolved and I kind of disregarded a lot of things it seems.

Be that as it may for me the couple was always shaky because of trust issues. If you really love the guy so dearly for whatever reason then inform him first that you are expecting his child.

Anyway I really get your POV now and every point you have mentioned in indeed valid.
