In Malaysia , Eid is celebrated for one month by muslims despite only two national holidays given by government.

It is called the month of syawal which is after the one month fasting ( Ramadan)

I don't know about people in other countries.

But at my place is one month celebration

My place, people will visit relatives and friends for a full month.

I am fine tq dear😍😍

The problem is eid comes in summers where u feel like drinking more water than eating🤣🤣🤣

In the afternoon is so hot that u don't feel like visiting any friends .

Just on the AC and go to sleep

My cousin stayed in Malaysia for two years and she talked abt syawal. Now she is in Abu Dhabi enjoying get togethers and food 🤤

Govt holiday is for one one day but few of my friends celebrate till Jumma but festive vibe stays for atleast two weeks after Eid.

Yes, for most people it is a one-month celebration, but for some people they do not choose to fast, being Muslim or not 😆 In the end, we all celebrate the eid and sometimes we call it 'Candy Holiday' instead. 😆
