In hindu marraige their is no concept of divorce .Instead it works more on logic of moving on and break up. Marraige means sexually engaging with spouse physically or mentally and having a strong emotional bond with him or her. So once married you are married . If you stop engaging physically or mentally with spouse and emotinally become distant marraige breaks. If you parallely engage with somebody else in similar manner, it is considered second marraige whether you officially marry or not.
Fateh had two lines intertwined. Basicall at one point of life he had two marraiges whether official or not.
But Fateh is still alive and happening . He never distanced emotionally from Tejo neither their sexual bond disappered . Basically they are still married in Hindu marraige sense.
