Tbh it's fairly common for men to do it. Leonardo DiCaprio is famous for it. So are so many other people.

Age gap depends on at which stage you are. A relationship between a 20 year old and 35 year one will almost always be very much unbalanced and unhealthy.

However if the ages are 30 and 45, it barely matters.

I almost narrowly escaped something like that in college, one of our professors picked up a few students, all first year girls, and a few of us were even minors. Like I was 17 when I was in first year. Technically we did nothing wrong, we just used to discuss our course, literature and so on... But now I look back, it's grooming. He's a very sharp guy, and we're all in awe of him.... Later I found out, he ended up sleeping with almost all of them. The only reason I could not go to those after classes 'class' because I got with my ex, and we used to spend rest of the together.
