I've had a theory.

They try to make look tejo as bad as possible so jasmine looks better... That's the whole reason F falls for her. So it's kinda imp. to the plot. Now any reasonable person can see the glaring issue that T is way hotter, cuter, and gorgeous than J. (Like literally, see them in same dress and you'll see what I mean).

So they did what they could do. Make tejo as ugly as humanely possible.

They cast priyankit. And karan now. So they're not entirely useless. But they dropped the ball with jasmine. Like look at other vamps, and you'll know what I mean. Aarohi in yrkkkh, kavya in anupama... They've spark. And they're gorgeous. Like even from a shallow pov, it kinda makes sense that a shallow man like vanraj would prefer K than anupama. However in UD... One wonders bc kaunsi beauty ki baat ho rahi hai? T is clearly the prettier one.
