That was to make Tejo believe that Fateh has moved on ,cuz she wasn't that dumb to not understand Fateh😆remember the episode before jasmine and Gippy engagement, when she talks to Fateh abt jaspy engagement. For Tejo intimacy was like the ultimate expression of love , the reason she blindly trusted Fateh.
I think their consummation was to give them some sort of attachment to each other and make their marriage real like a regular marriage..…because if they hadn’t had that physical intimacy then they would have had nothing in their marriage because it’s jasmine that he loves…so they gave tejo and him physical intimacy ..we saw them sleep together in the same bed every night and tejo used to even sleep in his arms and she fell in love with him…so for tejo it was a complete real marriage…it wasn’t a sham or a farce …it was as real as any normal marriage and they almost became parents when she had the pregnancy false alarm. So she tejo lost him ..she had lost a real marriage. I think if they hadn’t consummated the marriage ,.then their marriage would have been like meaningless and they would have just got it annulled rather than having a divorce, 🤷🏻♀️ So I think the purpose of the consummation was to give them a real husband wife relationshipOriginally posted by: YoungHeart
