Tejo Jass Marriage Valid?

So hello guys need ur help again because i‘m so confused. I really don‘t understand what our writers write or do. Are they remembering what they wrote. Ss my knowledge tejo and jass marriage was not valid because everything was fake even oandit was fake

Second, Tejo filed complaint on him for cheating & fake marriage. So jass went into jail and tejo won the case and they weren‘t married. So Few episodes back amrik showed fatejo marriage certificate so if tejo would be married to jass how could fatejo made a marriage certificate or they both were in court for divorce i mean everywhere officially is she Fatehs wife and her surname is virk. I don‘t understand this what they do now jass came and told their marriage is valid can someone plz explain me what is going on i didin‘t watched jass tejo marriage time also these episodes. What happened or do anyone have any guess? Because i‘m so angry and don‘t understand thai track of jass tejo marriage. I mean they msde a big joke of marriage and to viewers. Plz help i need some feedbacks.

Honestly how dumb you to show two marriage certificates didn't system threw an error if tejo was legally married.

Also certificate can be fake just an assumption.

Technically their marriage is valid even though jass’ mother was fraud but they got married with all the rituals right? I didn’t see that track but if they did then their marriage is legal and Fatejo marriage is illegal because Tejo didn’t divorced jass

Oh then it’s not valid like I said I didn’t watch that track but had read that she got married to him, then I think that the only purpose to bring jass back is to make Fateh realise that he loves Tejo and not Jasmine and they will forced Fatejo on audience.

pandit was fake so was the rituals etc only sindoor was real lol but that's just whatever

jass was married already to 5-6 other girls before he married tejo - subsequent marriages are not legal if first one is not ended legally - that is law.

- I think - there is some clause like... if couple did not consummate and/or did not live together after wedding in first 15 days - they can apply to nullify the marriage.
