There is nothing like certified pandit in hinduism and I have been a hindu all my life! So whatever crap they show pa dit is nakli shaadi is nakli makes absolutely no sense to me. U take vows in front of the pyre which is agni devata. So u actually have gotten married following g all rituals then what sense does it make to say shaadi is nakli bcoz pandit is nakli. Pandit gives us no certificate of marriage. He recites mantras and we follow the rituals of marriage. This whole thing of fake marriage especially Hindu marriages is so damn stupid. But ya if the guy or girl is already married and not divorced yet then it doesn't stand in the court of law!
