I think fatejo are the endgame judging by all the clues since episode one and makers ensure that jasmine crosses that grey line repeatedly but fateh doesn’t.

Simran buildup, gurpreet warming up to her finally (that was unexpected and had shaken fateh)... all of this usually takes place in front of him.

Jasfa are superficial and now their dynamic has changed. Earlier jas had a few issues but now she just keeps stooping lower and this is witnessed by fateh as well.

So as long as he doesn’t sleep with Jasso? I do agree that tv doesn’t portray emotional infidelity well. Fateh is for sure emotionally very dependent on Tejo and they have managed to show that vast difference quite well. Jasfa are superficial af and Fatejo do connect on a deeper level (at least they used to 🤪) .

Yes since the first epi, there have been countless hints that Fatejo are supposed to be the endgame.. but with this cheating/ema in the mix, I am not so sure and idk if they will be able to execute it .

I do feel Fateh is getting to see the real vicious side of Jasmin that he’s probably been blind to cuz he was only looking at her from rose-tinted glass. This so called double dinner date might open his eyes further that she will go to any level and use anyone to have her way. Before it was gippy, now she’s doing the same thing with his own brother.

With Tejo reuniting Simran with the virks, Fateh’s guilt will go to another heights lol.. I also don’t think he will be able to leave her

Yep! Along with this whole guilty thing, he doesn’t necessarily initiate any kind of physical contact unless he’s pushed and triggered by her. Usually, she clings onto him. Yes, he doesn’t push her away but generally his mind is occupied with tejo.

Exactly. Earlier, jas was your “jhalli” ladki who didn’t care about others but didn’t harm anyone. Like her salon trip during the wedding track, she didn’t care about his family but was at least honest. Now, she has gone as far as to character assassinate gippy and accused him of abuse just to get rid of him and THAT is how far she’d go in her madness and fateh witnessed it.

Tejo keeps him sane. That’s why he rushes to hug and reassure her because the whole “katti katti” thing bothers him. I think this dinner date isn’t just to make tejo feel less suspicious but for her to not give up on him.

Honestly? I hate the very mention of infidelity and can’t stand it (haven’t watched any popular show that revolved around cheating) but I can’t explain why i’m trying to watch this show... maybe the old scenes have me hooked but I’m waiting to see how they would deal with this mess.

There was nothing to root for between teni-parth in dil se dil tak, but it being a colors show they made this disgusting duo the endgame couple either way.

In my opinion, every single date planned by fateh and jasmine goes south. It either drives a wedge between them or just makes fateh uncomfortable in some manner (and this could be monumental in redeeming him).

The first one in the mall didn’t go as planned and fateh kept squirming most of the time.

The second one didn’t materialize and had him running back home where he witnessed tejo’s kindness for the millionth time and it shook him.

The third one in that restaurant started with him being preoccupied with tejo’s thoughts and later being visibly tensed and terrified at the mention of tejo leaving him.

The fourth one ended with them fighting over dinner.

I think the makers are trying to establish that despite fateh’s pendulum like behavior, there’s still the whole element of “confusion and guilt” because fateh hasn’t mOvEd On 🤡

You’re right! But this date kinda showed how fateh doesn’t believe her that easily. This time around, she has to use several different manipulative tactics to make him bend, unlike earlier, where he would believe her word over everything.
