Based on their normal conversations I feel like they are still in the friendship phase. I believe like they do accept that they are husband and wife as well, when it comes to certain duties, but not the romance aspect.

this 👏✌ long gone those days when I would think catch and fall/ fall and catch scene are romantic, cute even 2 mins of eye lock scenes. I used to before but not anymore.

If anyone watched Honest Trailers on yt, they put a song whenever 2 characters stare at each other, this instrumental soemtimes plays in my head when I watch a long eye lock session.

I prefer acts/ dialogues or subtle moves/scenes.

@green

I do not think they planned ahead of their lives. How are they going to live? Family planning? All too soon I guess.

What about the others? What do you think

Honestly speaking I am finding their eye locks a bit awkward as a viewer.

Is it me or it feels like too soon kinda thing?

I understand the one when after his marriage broke, he and Tejo stared at each other. That one was a poignant one.

This small supposedly supposed to be romantic ones; I don't get them 🤦

My all time favourites with happy ending.

1. Yakeen Ka Safar. It's was a beautiful journey of hope and perseverance.

2. Humsafar

3. Zindagi Gulzar Hein (I did find the male lead too chauvinistic but I loved Kashaf too much).

4. Ghisi Pitti Mohabatt (realistic story of trying to find perfect man/soulmate/ love). I loved the ending and the parents were supportive also.

5. Comedy shows: Suno Chanda Season 1 sometimes it can be over the top.

6. Ishq Jalebi

7. Diyar-E-Dil

8. Yeh Dil Mera (it got dragged towards the end).

Edited.

9. Do Bol, amazing OST.

Sorry for interrupting your convo, but could not help it. I am the biggest fan of zindagi Gulzar hai and hamsafar. These are my all time favorite and comfort shows..

Zarun and kashaf are the best duo, 😳

@red: I hadn't but I went and checked it out and that is hilarious🤣

@blue: Yeah I don't think they have had the time, space and emotional capacity to think about the future of their marriage and what they expect from it. I would like a conversation on that too. Creatives, if you are looking please give us this.

Same. I just take it as those ITV things you must ignore and move on. Don't find it romantic at all.

now honestly i do not really like them in general 😆 No one is going to stare in someone's eyes for 1 min but this is fiction and itv...so...

These eye locks I just interpret it as in the flow of their dancing or their arguments, they do not last that long also... mostly Fateh gives those heartbroken puppy eyes while Tejo has this sympathetic look... unless they are happy and are dancing, it's more spontaneous.

Hopefully it's slow burn and they do not rush it. I still find them in the friends zone.

Enemies to lovers are my favourite trope followed by friends/acquaintances to lovers.

I tagged only a few that I could remember. Others feel free to reply. ✌✌

In ITV shows I also prefer a slow burn and gradual love story.

feel free to interrupt any conversation of mine, I do not mind at all. ✌😆

Kashaf was the boss 😆 When she meets Zaroon at her job, and he's like nice to meet you, her face 🤣

Khyrat and her pride ⭐️ I love FLs who have their pride and do not go running after the MLs... Mahira was so elegant and simple 😃❤️

I also like Zubiya from YKS.

The music during those stare scenes 🤣 Especially the twilight videos, insert intense stare *music plays* 🤣

I hope we get more of their future plans, Fateh's career, Tejo's studies and such realistic talks where people put their dreams and ambitions before each other, good communication 😃

Well at that time, I wanted to be like Kashaf. I was at an embarrassing phase of my life, I would even try to dress up like her, I was so impressed with her character.

Kashaf for me is the best written female characters for a daily soap.

Such is the character which inspires women..

Just want to put my opinion out there, but zindagi Gulzar hai can easily surpass any ITV show in terms of storyline and characterisation...
