She can not blame fateh as wrong as rupi told her everything (hope he didn't told her half truth but full fact that he had to tell jasmine the news and he didn't. No fault of fateh in that) and when Jasmine arrived in mandap Tejo was tense rupi said her bhagwan sab bhala karega she replied that bhagwan unka bhala karte hai Jo bhale ho means she knows rupi is at fault. So don't know why she slapped fateh.

You know, I watched that promo where Tejo slaps Fateh. I think what's gonna happen is that after jasmine leaves, Fateh's family people, the rishtedaar as like - hamari family ki itni bezzati hui and blah blah. All this angers Fateh and he forcefully marries Tejo. Because when Tejo slaps Fateh, they are standing in the mandap.

yes this may happen when he asked to take jasmin's place to marry with him she can't think of doing that
