Udaan actor roped in to play NEGATIVE role in Dhadak & Sairat's TV adaptation!
The show is expected to go on floors by next month...

Marathi film Sairat, featuring Rinku Rajguru and Akash Thosar in lead roles, got released in 2016 and went on to become the highest grossing film of all time. Last year, Sairat's Hindi remake Dhadak with Ishaan Khattar & Janhvi Kapoor too was successful. Now, the film's TV adaptation is in the making which will air on And TV. According to latest reports, the makers of Sairat & Dhadak's TV adaptation have roped in a known actor to play an important role in the show.
Veteran TV actor Sai Ballal, who was seen playing the role of antagonist Kamal Narayan Rajvanshi in popular Colors show 'Udaan' has reportedly been signed on and will be seen playing a negative role again onscreen.
According to an entertainment portal, the upcoming show will have the backdrop of Rajasthan and Sai Ballal will be seen playing the father of show's female protagonist who will be shown as an influential man.
However, Sai Ballal as well as the makers are yet to confirm the same.
Speaking about the show's star cast, Sai Ballal is one of the first names to be signed on the dotted line. Whereas, there's a buzz that TV actress Neha Solanki and newbie Pranali Singh Rathod are in the race to play the female lead. However, according to latest reports, there are higher chances of Pranali bagging the role.
Coming back to Sai Ballal, he has been a part of various TV shows & Films. On the TV front, he has featured in many popular shows including 'Kutumb', 'Saraswatichandra' among others. Whereas, he also did films like 'Gabbar Is Back' and 'Pappu Can't Dance Saala'.
