honestly I too don't want to see a double rule, literally praying that shouldn't be the case but the above post of yours make sense with the story shown so far and how Raghav was picturised till now.
today he looked exactly like suraj when called chakor , consoling anjor and asking rajjo-leela to stop. I was like, is it suraj again.
but now instead of searching suraj in him seeing those similarities, it can be like as you said , he being a twin bro and having those traits inbuilt.
