The episode was about Imli and Kasturi's attempts to influence Chakor against/for returning to Azaadganj. Chakor is still against returning. There was also the goon's attempts to capture Anjor.
Imli thinks her family is living a poor life, Kasturi argues they're living within their means. Kasturi isn't happy that Imli still lives in haveli, she tries to defend herself, Chakor supports her by saying that Imli doesn't need to leave, just because she has. Imli puts an act and says she's living there for Vivaan's memories.
Chakor's assistants come and praise her, they talk going to Azaadganj because the villagers there need help. Before Chakor answers, Imli angrily intervenes and says Chakor can never return to Azaadganj. Kasturi tells Imli not to answer for her sister, Chakor says she won't go to Azaadganj and asks them to choose another place, they apologize and leave.
Anjor is in pain, her mom is dressing her wound, she acts brave in front of her mom, her mom praises her bravery. Chakor senses her pain and becomes normal after Anjor's pain stops. Anjor asks her mom about the meaning of the mohar she has, her mom diverts her attention by asking her about what happened at school, Anjor tells her. Her mom explains to her why the celebrate Independence day and how the people got their freedom. Anjor asks when she'll get her freedom.
Chgakor remembers how Suraj blamed her for Saanvi's death and threw her out. Kasturi comes to talk to her, she tells her Suraj shouldn't stop her from returning and that she's the daughter of Azaadganj and her people need her help.
The next morning, Anjor shaves her father's face while he's sleeping, when he wakes up, he's impressed, she tries to talk to him about school but he gets angry.
Chakor is cleaning the cradle Imli comes and talks to her that she shouldn't return to Azaadganj, that all she goot for helping Azaadganj is her daighter's death. Kasturi comes and wants Imli to stop, she asks why she doesn't want Chakor to return. Imli rants about how Chakor is always right and she's always wrong, then corrects herself. Chakor says Imli is right and that she'll never return to Azaadganj.
Ghumaan sends for Anjor's father, he threatens him that he has to obey him, he tells him to give Anjor to his men, he agrees.
Anjor's father is packing his belongings, he wants to run away with his wife and Anjor, Anjor doesn't want to leave. The goons come, he doesn't resist but Anjor bites one of the men's hand and escapes.
Anjor can't find and open house to hide in, she hides in a barrel, the goons can't find her, but notice her when she gets out and chase her.
Anjor's mom calls Imli but she's in the bathroom. Chakor answers the phone, the woman says she's Sangu, Anjor's mom, Chakor asks who's Anjor, Imli comes and panics, she's angry Chakor answered the phone and grabs the phone and leaves. Kasturi says she's rude but Chakor is understanding. Sangu tells Imli what happened.
Anjor hides in the yard of a house (I think it's BhuKa's), she has her face covered, the men come. She throws chilli powder in front of a fan and they fall. She leaves and meets some villagers and ask for their help, they confront the goons.
Ghumaan is in Imli's room, he thinks he has outsmarted her, Imli calls and knows that he's in her room, she tells him not to challenge her. Anjor returns safely, Imli calls Sangu and checks on Anjor, she's impressed and says she's Chakor and Suraj's daughter. Chakor comes and asks if everything is alright, she asks who's Anjor and remarks that she has a beautiful name.
Anjor knows that Imli has called she thinks she's a nice lady, Sangu thinks Anjor is innocent and trusting, and doesn't know that Imli is as bad as Ghumaan.
Imli calls Ghumaan and gloats, he hangs up and vows to beat Imli.
