Why are we not getting weekly promos for the show. Colors air promos for all their shows expect udaan?. The show does okay for the channel in fact recently topped on colors with shakti so why don't they promote it?

Is it because our show gets regular sbas/umt segments so that compensates for the lack of promos? Do Other Shows On Colors Get Regular segments?

I also don't get it ...why no promos of Udaan...

Colors is biased towards Udaan,thats a fact,but I think that colors is a very 'sarphira' channel,it promotes new show.as if life is endive and Shakti is its "mehbooba"

And I also understand why shows like sbs and all are so.much partia towards Udaan..

Actually everyday at 2:30 pm IST...four channels simultaneously air these kind of tv news show,only BTDD comes at 1:30 pm and UMTv comes at 12:30 pm...

I don't as to which kind of shows get more segments in these type of shows...but Udaan segments are shown only in UMtv on E24,and SBAS on Indiatv,and sometimes on BTDD on IBN7,rest I don't remember,when was the last time I had seen an Udaan segment on SBS or SBB...

While shows like IPPKND,Ishqbaaz,Tu Suraj main Saanjh,YRKKH,and many more shows have a daily segment on these kind of shows...

Not only the parent colors channel,but I feel that even the news channel are biased towards Udaan

I think colors more interested in promoting their reality shows and weekend shows and promotes their new upcoming shows like anything.

About daily shows,they promotes the top rated shows every week like Shakti and other shows for important tracks only.

They used to promote Udaan almost every week till end of banduva track and merger promos with Shakti for some time.

Now they stopped may be because of Trp fall.

But a show should be promoted well to improve it's ratings if it had a fall,but their strategy is opposite,they will promotes only if it topped.

I have mentioned this earlier and now again.When a show fails to perform upto the channel's expectations they stop showing promos of that particular show.This is a major drawback of colors channel.I saw them doing the same to matsh ,swaragini. I had prayed that udaan shouldnt be the next victim but to me it seems that is the case.

The next step of the channel is to cut the episodes.Lets hope aisa na ho.

colors has many new shows coming up..actually I m grateful we lie on 8.30 slot..so even after having a dip from 2.7 to 1.9 we are still second in the slot..by a good margin..if udaan would have run at 9.00 or 9.30 then at this ratings we would have been 4th on our slots..

and colors does axe epsidoes when a show deosnt perform to its expectations..but in udaan s case I wont blame the channel. the producers have got to be mad or just way too arrogant to give two tamarind centric tracks back to back!

Yeah.i agree, they knew what happened last time and instead of focusing on sukor marriage they are busy shoving in more of that bitch.

If Udaan was aired at 9:00 or 9:30, it would've been 3rd. All Colors shows apart from Shakti and weekend shows are struggling. Swabhimann is 3rd at 9;30 and Shani and Namkaraan share 2nd and 3rd at 9:00.

yes you are correct.. third..but then competition would have been much tougher.

I think if TRPs don't improve, the next move will be to move it to an earlier time slot, but that will happen after they axe Devanshi and Kasam.

colors has 4 shows in pipeline..and big boss too

so ssk and devanshi will go off air for big boss

and kasam and dsdt will take their times

then out of remaining 4 shows two will take bigg boss place when it ends and two will replace prime time shows.
