I feel everyone including Chakor have made mistakes in this track.
For her not believing Imli at first place.Last time she has no doubt on Imli when she says she was pregnant with Sooraj 's child but here she knows Imli loves Vivaan a lot and she continuously said it was Vivaan's child but Chakor only wants to believe reports of Vivaan only.
Chakor can opt for DNA test,if she really believed her.
In my Knowledge in the common world,it always the girl's words are taken into consideration of who is the father of her child,last time they take Imli's words only but now no one ready to believe her words.
This is the core of the problem.
Sooraj and Imli told different stories and she was ready to accept him when Imli said her story ?
Again Chakor well know that Vivaan hasn't told his secret to Imli that he is impotent and she gets to know it only when Chakor said to her.
Chakor believing that Imli took help from Sooraj to become mother ?( Imli not aware of Vivaan's problems that time)
Her decision to took divorce in gun point blackmailing him is not a good move and so out of character of Chakor so far.
Divorce should be done with mutal consent only and if he is not ready she can approach court directly complaints about his infidelity and what is the urgency there ?
When u take each character there is lot of loopholes in the story but Sooraj was only questioned here.
His stupid and weak decision analysed and over analysed here but what about others ?
