In one of the interview,the 4 of them giving after that promo, Vivaan and Chakor looking Sooraj with doubt.

The first thing VJ said 'kaun kareega yaar' or something like that.

They all know that what they are doing is not morally correct,but they have no option.

Unlike last time,that was accidental pregnancy in drunken state,this time the thing even more worse,they are married and in love with their respective partners and all these mocking to purity of relationships.

Udaan used to be social drama belonging to the writers,they signed on him as an anti hero,but soon the after the leap,the power packed performance of VJ made the Suraj the most popular character of the show,actually Suraj and Sukor became everyone's reason to watch the show,and his aura overshadowed everything else...
Fans rooted for him despite of his negatives...and today along with Meera,VJ is the face of Udaan.

The writers simply could not withstand with all the credits going to Suraj and Sukor for the success,thats why they are playing their cards
