At the end,yes its truly very influencing and refreshing to have some good and healthy discussions..it sharpens everybody's minds...
But I think in doing so we all must remember two things...😎
1.the first is RESPECT,for anyone pov,no matter it is in accordance to yours or not.😃
2.the second is being FLEXIBLE,its good to be opinionated but some room should be always kept for other developments.😳
