I think this could only mean either of the following:

Something bad happened to her-miscarriage, probably.

Either Ragini or Suraj is responsible for her disappearance.

Or

Imli has finally turned evil and is staging an elaborate ruse to get what she wants.

Hope it's the last one 😛 And although they showed the doctor doing an ultrasound and Amul baby felt fetus Rajvanshi moving about, I'd be prepared to forgive the CVs if they decided to make the pregnancy fake somehow even now...or make it someone else's.
