Thank you, Siddy!! Yes, I know part two was way shorter and a SuKor-light chapter.

No, I didn't imply she was. Chakor just misunderstood the conversation until Imli mentioned her son.

This is going to be Chakor's narrative throughout, and there are a lot of secrets left to be uncovered, so it'll take some time for it to become solely about SuKor. But I promise, there will be a lot of their scenes!

So here's a little chapter(ette) in celebration of SuKor finally being confirmed!

This is actually a huge chapter, which I'm too lazy to finish, so I'll be posting it in parts as and when I write.

Here's a little teaser of what's to come at the end of the mega-chapter (to entice you to read on 😈):

Chakor looked at him imploringly.

"Please...please Suraj. Give Imli custody of her child. You can't separate a mother from her own baby."

Suraj looked up from his work, calmly.

"And what will I get in return?"

"Anything...anything you want, that's in my power, I will do. Issuing a press statement against Kamal Narayan, handing over all the money I've won for athletics...anything."

He studied her quietly for a minute, then slowly nodded.

"Imli will get her son. And in return..."

"Thank you...thank you so much..."

He walked towards her and hooked his index finger under her chin, forcing her to look him in the eye.

"I want you."
