This is actually a huge chapter, which I'm too lazy to finish, so I'll be posting it in parts as and when I write.

Chakor looked at him imploringly.

"Please...please Suraj. Give Imli custody of her child. You can't separate a mother from her own baby."

Suraj looked up from his work, calmly.

"And what will I get in return?"

"Anything...anything you want, that's in my power, I will do. Issuing a press statement against Kamal Narayan, handing over all the money I've won for athletics...anything."

He studied her quietly for a minute, then slowly nodded.

"Imli will get her son. And in return..."

"Thank you...thank you so much..."

He walked towards her and hooked his index finger under her chin, forcing her to look him in the eye.

"I want you."
