Alright - Writers, directors all the cvs - I want to sincerely thank you guys for today's episode.
I cannot begin to imagine how you people compressed an entire movie worth of suspense, thrill, romance and meaningful interaction in a 20 or so minute episode but you did. And it was awesome.
Now although I'm so excited I can hardly contain myself in my seat, I'll try to calm myself down enough to be able to break down my happiness point by point -
- Loved the KN - Suraj interaction in the beginning - how KN callously points out that Suraj's his life greatest disappointment - yet again touching on a very important insecurity of Suraj.
- Imli - suraj conversation when Imli confirms Suraj's suspicions of Vivaan.
- The ViKor scene - Honestly - while a little shorter than expected - was perfect, actually. Loved how Chakor acted on impulse and asked Vivaan to stop the car in the middle of the road to get it out of her chest, cause that's just who she is 😆 They're both creatures of feelings who feel too intensely and aren't afraid to show it. The confession, Vivaan's little stunt when overjoyed, their adorable hug (Although I really hoped that you would have included the forehead touch scene too) all reinstated why we love ViKor as much as we do - because their love is pure, it brings the best out of both of them. They're young, full of life and full of hope - not only for a better future but to share that future together. Please don't screw up their relationship now, please. It's one of the most beautiful bonds seen on indian telly till date, in my opinion.
- KN - Suraj argument when he points out why Vivaan's behaviour is so odd - It was absolutely incredible and also gives a little insight into Vivaan's character for those who had started watching post leap.
- Chakor, Vivaan and Aditya's meeting with the CBI person and their conversation.
- Inclusion of Aditya and pointing out that Chakor had been in communication with Adi all this time.
- AND MY FAVOURITE PART - the last stand between Vivaan and KN-Suraj. Seriously, my heart was beating wildly in my chest at the time. And Bhaiyyaji's reaction was SPOT ON. The slap(more like a punch, actually), the way he ordered suraj to kill him on the spot and the timely entry of the police followed by Chakor and Aditya. I especially loved how Vivaan was fearless and sort of accepting in his very last moment - and chose to think of Chakor as his very last wish. Not that I didn't love Vivaan before - but after this episode my love for him has gone past the point of reason. I've become emotionally attached to this character now simply because he's brilliant. He's just... love personified.
Now just a small complaint, I hope we get to see some meaningful Chatvaan bonding and interaction cause Adi's sudden entry without any explanation was really weird. We'd love to see how Adi was connected to ViKor's plan all this time.
