As soon as he hit the bottom, he panicked and pulled the weights out of his pockets. He resurfaced, saying "We can't do that to Kristen!" They then filmed her from the side and moved the camera backwards to achieve the effect of sinking.
Kristen Stewart turned eighteen while filming 'Twilight'. According to Oregon law, under-age actors could not work during night hours. On her eighteenth birthday, she was rewarded with a birthday cake decorated with a clock — and a full night of shooting.
Two of Robert Pattinson's songs were included in 'Twilight' — without his knowledge. Nikki Reed was the one who got producers to add Pattinson's songs 'Never Think' and 'Let Me Sign' to the movie. She secretly recorded him playing his guitar and singing, then took it to the film producers. They loved the songs, and the next day asked Pattinson if he would sing a few songs on the soundtrack.
