who sells his house without talking to a lawyer?

when we sell a house, we have to hire one lawyer and this is procedure that has to be done

but here... all is done at home... even when my parents sold their parents home in india they hired one lawyer who was b/w them and they took the money

but here,,, so called business woman Lawanya does it at home with no lawyer
